Position: Maintenance Employee

• Full-time position (8 hours per day, not including lunch break).
• Class B CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement required,  will train.
• Hours may vary.
• Salary shall be in accordance with the existing salary schedule. ($26.52 per hour)
• Good work ethic is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Criminal history background check is required.
• Mechanical skills/experience required.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Repair and install electrical devices and equipment.
• Repair and install plumbing devices and equipment as needed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Painting
• Keep building and premises, interior/exterior, clean at all times.
• Plow/shovel snow.
• Move furniture/equipment as required.
• Mowing/trimming and related yard work.
• Cleaning/routine maintenance of boilers.
• Routine maintenance of equipment.
• Drive as substitute bus driver when necessary.
