Cascade High School is seeking an energetic, student-centered Advanced Physical Conditioning Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students improve strength, endurance, flexibility, athletic performance, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching Advanced Physical Conditioning courses
• Designing safe, effective, and engaging workouts
• Promoting proper technique, fitness goals, and healthy habits
• Building positive relationships with students
• Maintaining a structured, motivating learning environment
• Collaborating with staff to support student success

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana teaching license in Physical Education/Health or appropriate licensure
• Strong knowledge of fitness, conditioning, and student wellness
• Ability to motivate high school students and build a positive classroom culture
