Position: Instructional Assistant, Cascade Middle School
Beginning: July 31, 2026
Hourly Rate/Hours: $15.91, 7 hours per day (does not include 1/2 hour unpaid lunch), instructional assistants work only on the days students are present.

Qualifications: High school diploma, some post-secondary education is preferred; but not required, proficient computer/technology-related, and organizational skills; previous experience working with students; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidate will exhibit discretion, loyalty and confidentiality. Must be cooperative and supportive of school corporation policies and procedures.

An expanded criminal history background check is required and will be processed through the Administrative Services Center.
